Terra Aquatica Silicate

Silicate by Terra Aquatica is a natural organic supplement that enhances plant yield and strengthens cell walls, supporting health and natural nutrition. This silicate powder contains over 60 minerals extracted from ancient marine deposits, making silicon easily absorbable by plants. All the components of the product are biologically processed from organic material.

The silicate clay at the core of Silicate enhances the plant’s natural defenses, boosting resistance to pests and diseases. It is also effective as a supplement and preventive measure against harmful fungi like Pythium and Fusarium. Additionally, natural colloids in the formula improve cation exchange in nutrient solutions, increasing their efficiency. Important Notice: Silicate and Beneficial Microorganisms
Silicate is compatible with all Terra Aquatica products. However, when used alongside beneficial microorganisms (such as TrikoLogic and TrikoLogic S), it should only be sprayed on leaves or directly at the base of the plant (dry application). Avoid mixing with microorganisms in the substrate, as silicate may slow the establishment of these beneficial populations. In contrast, when growing in open soil, Silicate’s unique composition promotes the growth of beneficial microorganisms, fostering a natural environment that supports robust plant health.

How to use:

• At the base of plants: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon (about 4 g) around each plant.
• In nutrient solutions: Dissolve 4 g in 10 L of water.
• Direct leaf application: Apply powder at a rate of 10–50 g/m² or use a foliar spray with a solution of 4 g per 10 L of water.

This approach ensures optimal use of Silicate while maintaining the health of both plants and beneficial microbial populations.
